Kom dan snel Verder Kijken! Jouw werkzaamheden als Warehouse Teamlead Per 1 oktober start de komst van de goederen naar de nieuwe warehouselocatie in Holtum. Als Warehouse Teamlead, speel je een belangrijke rol in deze opstartfase. Je ondersteunt de Warehouse Supervisor met de inrichting van de dagelijkse operatie en zorg je met een klein team ervoor dat de verhuizing en opstart van het warehouse soepel gaat verlopen. Je bent daarbij niet alleen aan het aansturen, maar werkt zelf actief mee op de vloer. Juist door mee te werken, weet je wat er speelt, zie je waar processen beter kunnen en ben je een zichtbaar aanspreekpunt voor je collega's. Na de opstart ben je samen met de Warehouse Supervisor verantwoordelijk voor een goede dagelijkse uitvoering van de warehouseprocessen. Denk hierbij aan de dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van de inbound- en outbound afdeling. Daarbij vertaal je de planning naar duidelijke werkzaamheden, verdeelt de capaciteit en bewaakt dat goederen correct, tijdig en veilig worden ontvangen, opgeslagen, verplaatst, verzameld en verladen. Naast het zelf actief meewerken in de operatie, stuur je Warehouse Medewerkers aan, volg je de operationele voortgang en grijp je tijdig in bij afwijkingen. Daarbij stem je de nodige zaken nauw af met de Warehouse Supervisor, Customer Service en andere betrokken afdelingen. Ook werk je nieuwe medewerkers in, geef je duidelijke instructies en zie je toe op de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, werkafspraken en kwaliteitsprocedures.
