Als Teamleader binnen de logistiek ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansteken en begeleiden van een team magazijnmedewerkers, gericht op de efficiënte afhandeling, opslag en distributie van de goederen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de operationele doelen behaald worden, en dat de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen nageleefd worden.

Het takenpakket bestaat uit 4 belangrijke peilers, daarnaast sta je er ook voor open om operationeel mee te werken met je team indien nodig.

  • Teambegeleiding: Opleiden, aansturen, motiveren en begeleiden van je team om doelen te behalen en het identificeren van de opleidingsbehoeften.
  • Operationeel beheer: Toezicht houden op de workflows voor ontvangst, opslag, picking, packing en verzending van onderdelen.
  • Prestaties en rapportage: Bijhouden van teamresultaten en rapporteren aan de Supervisor.
  • Probleemoplossing: Kleine operationele uitdagingen oplossen en escaleren van complexe problemen.

- Sterke leiderschaps- en people management vaardigheden.

  • Effectieve communicatieve en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. - Uitstekende kennis van het Engels
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen en kritisch denkvermogen.
  • Oog voor detail en toewijding aan kwaliteit.
  • Vermogen om onder druk te werken en zich aan te passen aan veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Ervaring in warehousebeheer of een vergelijkbare rol, bij voorkeur in de automotive sector.
