Binnen een snelgroeiende en internationale logistieke omgeving krijg jij de mogelijkheid om je leiderschapsvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen en stap voor stap meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als (junior) Warehouse Teamleider werk je samen met een ervaren team en stuur je een groep van 10 tot 12 medewerkers aan. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer en ondersteunt in het dagelijks aansturen van de operatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Supervisor en krijgt de ruimte om te groeien in je rol.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Ondersteunen bij het aansturen en begeleiden van magazijnmedewerkers; - Meewerken op de vloer en zorgen dat het werk soepel verloopt; - Signaleren van knelpunten in de operatie en dit bespreken met je leidinggevende; - Helpen bij het verbeteren van werkprocessen; - Toezien op basisregels rondom veiligheid en kwaliteit; - Werken met eenvoudige rapportages en basiskennis van Excel ontwikkelen.

Wij zoeken vooral iemand met de juiste motivatie en ambitie om te groeien in een leidinggevende rol binnen de logistiek. Verder heb je:

- Ervaring in een magazijn- of logistieke omgeving (warehouse); - Interesse in het aansturen of begeleiden van collega’s; - Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (vereist); - Basiskennis van Excel of bereid dit te leren; - Een proactieve houding en leergierige instelling; - Beschikbaarheid voor fulltime werk in een tweeploegendienst.
