Wie ben jij Werk je al een paar jaar in de logisitiek, en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap? En heb/ben jij ook:

- Bij voorkeur heb je al enige ervaring als teamleider in de logistiek - Je weet hoe je processen bewaakt en KPI's (doelstellingen) vertaalt naar de werkvloer. - Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en neemt graag het initiatief om dingen te verbeteren. - Je spreekt zowel Nederlands en Engels - Woonachtig in de buurt van Moerdijk

Wat ga je doen Als teamleider geef je direct leiding aan een team van magazijnmedewerkers en operators. Jouw werkdag zit vol afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid! Je begint de dag met een kop koffie natuurlijk! En daarna over tot de orde van de dag: je verdeelt de taken en bespreekt de planning voor het ontvangen, opslaan en verzenden van de goederen. Gedurende de dag stuur je bij waar nodig en zorg je dat de kwaliteits- en veiligheidsregels worden nageleefd.

- Je coacht je medewerkers - Voert functioneringsgesprekken en helpt je collega's om te groeien in het vak - Daarnaast denk je actief mee over hoe processen in het warehouse nog beter kunnen. Klant blij, jij blij. Toch?!
