- Warehouse teamleider stuwploeg S Warehouse teamleider stuwploeg Staffice - Hoofddorp - Staffice - 04 oktober 2026 Functieomschrijving Als Warehouse Teamleider Stuwploeg draag je de zorg voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen de zeevrachtafdeling. Je begint je dag met het aansturen van de stuwploeg en controleert of de containers op een veilige, correcte en efficiënte manier worden geladen en gestuwd. Vervolgens loop je een inspectieronde langs het terrein, de loods en de koelcellen om de kwaliteit en veiligheid te bewaken. Gedurende de dag behoud je het overzicht op het voorraadbeheer, los je operationele knelpunten direct op en stem je de voortgang af met de Warehouse Manager. Werkzaamheden - Coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de zeevrachtafdeling. - Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van de stuwploeg. - Opstellen en bewaken van de dagelijkse planning. - Toezien op een veilige en correcte belading, stuwage en lossing van containers. - Uitvoeren van dagelijkse inspectierondes op het terrein, in de loods en in de koelcellen. - Beheren van de voorraad en de aanwezige meetmiddelen. - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij operationele problemen en direct actie ondernemen. - Waarborgen van de naleving van voorschriften rondom de Hygiënecode, GDP en de Luchtvaartwet. Wij zoeken - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Aantoonbare kennis van goederenvervoer en logistieke processen. - Ervaring met beladingstechnieken, coderingssystemen en magazijnhulpmiddelen. - In het bezit van een geldig heftruckcertificaat. - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. - Duidelijke communicatieve vaardigheden en een gestructureerde werkwijze. - Goede fysieke conditie en een positieve uitkomst van een antecedentenonderzoek.
