Bakker Belgium is een logistieke partner in de voedingssector, gevestigd in Boom. Als strategisch partner van een bekende supermarktketen zorgen zij ervoor dat groenten en fruit dagvers in de winkelrekken liggen.

In de ultramoderne site worden producten gecontroleerd, verpakt en verdeeld, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie. Bakker Belgium maakt deel uit van Greenyard en werkt vanuit een sterk internationaal netwerk aan een kwalitatief en seizoensgebonden assortiment.

Jobomschrijving

Als teamleader in het warehouse ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team van ongeveer 40 magazijnmedewerkers. Het is jouw taak om het logistieke proces in het magazijn vloeiend te laten verlopen en de veiligheid te waarborgen. Je zet je people skills in voor een efficiënte personeelsplanning en zorgt voor functioneringsgesprekken. Ook neem je deel aan team(leider)meetings en ben je constant op zoek naar verbeteringen binnen de afdeling. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de procesleider en bent de schakel tussen de werkvloer en het management.

Jouw taken:

  • Aansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team medewerkers
  • Bewaken van de planning en operationele flow
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productiviteit
  • Snel schakelen bij problemen en meedenken in oplossingen
  • Zorgen voor een correcte communicatie op de werkvloer
  • Actief bijdragen aan verbeteringen binnen de processen
  • Je werkt in een voltijdsrooster van 38u/week
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een logistieke leidinggevende functie
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en organisatorisch sterk
  • Technisch inzicht en basis computervaardigheden
  • Uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
  • Bereid om in ploegensysteem en in het weekend te werken
  • Je stelt prioriteiten en werkt doelgericht en volhardend
