Dan is de rol van Warranty Controller binnen ons Customer Support-team bij Alphatron Marine precies wat bij jou past. Over Alphatron Marine Alphatron Marine is een internationale speler in maritieme navigatie, communicatie, instrumentatie en automatisering. Vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Rotterdam ondersteunen we klanten en distributeurs wereldwijd. Binnen onze Customer Support-afdeling speelt de Warranty Controller een sleutelrol in de kwaliteit van onze service. Jouw rol als Warranty Controller Als Warranty Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beoordelen en afhandelen van garantieclaims. Je staat dagelijks in contact met klanten, leveranciers en verschillende interne afdelingen. Met jouw inzicht en gestructureerde aanpak zorg je dat claims snel, accuraat en klantgericht worden opgelost, waarbij je steeds de kosten en planning in de gaten houdt. Jij bent de schakel tussen de klant, onze interne organisatie en externe klanten. Je zorgt dat elk dossier van begin tot eind compleet en correct wordt afgehandeld. Wat ga je doen? - In behandeling nemen en beoordelen van binnengekomen garantieclaims. - Klanten informeren over de status van hun claim en benodigde acties. - Opvragen of maken van purchase orders voor reis- en andere kosten. - Verzamelen en coördineren van materialen en plannen Service Engineers (in- of extern) voor het oplossen van claims. - Verzenden van defecte onderdelen naar interne of externe fabrikanten. - Controleren van kosten van afgeronde claims. - Voorbereiden van facturen claims en facturatie zelf uitvoeren en beoordelen van ontvangen externe facturen. - Documenteren en archiveren van alle afgehandelde claims. - Intern coördineren van defecte, ongebruikte of retourmaterialen. ...
