Als Waste Operations Administration Team Lead combineer je people management met proceseigenaarschap en toezicht op compliance.

  • Je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt een team van zes medewerkers, waarbij je zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, eigenaarschap en een sterke samenwerkingscultuur. Je ondersteunt teamleden bij het oplossen van administratieve en procesgerelateerde uitdagingen over afdelingen heen, stimuleert hen om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen en faciliteert samenwerking tussen verschillende teams wanneer nodig.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle activiteiten rond afvaladministratie, rapportering en receptie nauwkeurig, efficiënt en in overeenstemming met de geldende wetgeving en interne procedures worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je implementeert wijzigingen in de afvalwetgeving door nieuwe vereisten te vertalen naar praktische processen, procedures en manieren van werken voor jouw team.
  • Je bewaakt de nauwkeurigheid en tijdigheid van kritieke rapporten en registraties, waaronder afvalregisters en andere compliancegerelateerde documentatie.
  • Je stimuleert continue verbetering door workflows te analyseren, operationele uitdagingen op te lossen en optimalisatie-initiatieven uit te werken samen met interne stakeholders.
  • Je bent een gestructureerde en analytische people manager die energie haalt uit het verbeteren van processen en het ondersteunen van anderen in hun succes.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, of je hebt een gelijkwaardig kennisniveau opgebouwd door relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een administratieve, operationele, logistieke en/of compliancegerichte omgeving, inclusief ervaring met het aansturen of coachen van medewerkers.
  • Je bent analytisch en nauwkeurig, en hebt een sterk vermogen om complexe administratieve processen te begrijpen en te doorgronden. Je houdt ervan om diep in processen te duiken, inefficiënties te identificeren en werkbare oplossingen te structureren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en voelt je comfortabel in contacten met diverse interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Microsoft Office. Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met afvalwetgeving, afvaladministratie en/of transportgerelateerde processen is een sterke troef.
