The posting

Als Waste Operations Receptionist zorg je voor een vlotte ontvangst en administratieve verwerking van inkomende afvaltransporten, goederen en bezoekers. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt aan de site-ingang en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat alle activiteiten in overeenstemming zijn met de geldende procedures en veiligheidsvoorschriften.

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne en externe chauffeurs, pakjesdiensten, onderaannemers, techniekers, hulpdiensten en andere bezoekers die zich op de site aanmelden. Je begeleidt hen naar de juiste persoon of locatie.
  • Je voert toegangscontroles uit, registreert bezoekers correct en zorgt ervoor dat zij geïnformeerd worden over de veiligheidsvoorschriften en toegangsprocedures van de site.
  • Je controleert of alle vereiste documenten, registraties en transportdocumenten voor inkomende afvaltransporten volledig en conform de regelgeving zijn.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle bijhorende administratieve taken, zowel digitaal als op papier. Je gaat proactief op zoek naar ontbrekende, onvolledige of foutieve informatie, vraagt de nodige documenten op bij de betrokken partijen en escaleert problemen indien nodig om de continuïteit van de operationele processen en de naleving van de voorschriften te waarborgen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit, veiligheid en het volgen van procedures. Tegelijk functioneer je vlot binnen een team, waarbij collega's elkaar ondersteunen tijdens drukke momenten aan het onthaal.
  • Je bent een gestructureerde en klantgerichte professional die energie haalt uit administratief werk en het contact met uiteenlopende mensen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en blijft rustig en professioneel, ook onder druk.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands, Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van bijkomende talen is een pluspunt.
  • Je kan vlot werken met softwaretoepassingen zoals Microsoft Office en ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent bereid om dagelijks om 7u paraat te staan om de receptie te bemannen.
