Ben jij nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en hou je ervan om alles tot in de puntjes op orde te hebben? Dan is deze uitdaging misschien wel iets voor jou. Ter versterking van ons Waste Solutions-team zijn we op zoek naar een Waste Solutions Administrator. In deze rol ondersteun je bij de administratieve opvolging van afvaltransporten, vergunningen, registraties en certificeringen. Je komt terecht in een gespecialiseerde omgeving waar je de kans krijgt om veel bij te leren en nauw samenwerkt met collega's, klanten en andere externe stakeholders. Jouw takenpakket:

  • Je controleert en verwerkt documentatie met betrekking tot afvaltransport, vergunningen en registraties.
  • Je ondersteunt de aanvraag, vernieuwing en opvolging van vergunningen en registraties.
  • Je stelt certificaten, meldingen, rapporten en andere transport gerelateerde documenten op.
  • Je ondersteunt het Sales-team bij klantvragen rond documentatie en certificering.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s, transportbedrijven en overheidsinstanties om informatie te verzamelen en ervoor te zorgen dat dossiers correct worden afgewerkt.
  • Je zorgt voor een gestructureerde en overzichtelijke administratie, zodat documenten eenvoudig kunnen worden teruggevonden wanneer nodig.
  • Je draagt bij aan de voorbereiding van audits en interne rapportering
  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring. Een eerste relevante werkervaring is een plus, maar ook gemotiveerde starters komen in aanmerking.
  • Je bent proactief, denkt in oplossingen en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail, waardoor je kwaliteit en correctheid altijd vooropstelt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Frans en/of Duits is een mooie troef.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word en PowerPoint).
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een extra troef.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's, maar neemt ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in contacten met klanten, partners en andere interne en externe stakeholders.
  • Je houdt het overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten en volgt verschillende dossiers nauwgezet op.
