Dan hebben wij een uitdagende functie voor jou! Werken als Waterklerk Als Waterklerk ben je verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren en begeleiden van scheepsbewegingen binnen de haven. Je stelt afvaarschema's op en controleert deze nauwkeurig, zodat alle betrokken partijen tijdig en correct geïnformeerd zijn. Je onderhoudt actief contact met opdrachtgevers, scheepsleiding, autoriteiten en toeleveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen op de hoogte is van zowel de operationele voortgang als de administratieve afhandeling. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat schepen correct worden aangemeld in de verschillende systemen en dat alle dossiers volledig en accuraat worden opgebouwd. Je voert de bijbehorende administratieve werkzaamheden zorgvuldig uit en bewaakt hierbij de kwaliteit en volledigheid van de gegevens. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor de in- en uitklaring van schepen via de daarvoor bestemde systemen. In deze functie speel je een belangrijke rol in het stroomlijnen van werkprocessen. Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen de organisatie en draagt bij aan een efficiënte en soepele operatie. Daarbij werk je volgens de geldende veiligheids-, milieu- en bedrijfsvoorschriften en zorg je ervoor dat deze richtlijnen te allen tijde worden nageleefd. Jouw profiel als Waterklerk Zoals gezegd zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het organiseren van alle operationele en administratieve activiteiten voor de aankomst en het vertrek van de schepen.
