Als Web Application Developer entwickelst du gemeinsam mit unserem Team moderne Webanwendungen und digitale Produkte - vom Backend über Schnittstellen bis zum Frontend.

Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Python & Django. Gleichzeitig arbeitest du mit JavaScript, modernen Webtechnologien und zunehmend mit AI-basierten Funktionen und Workflows.

Du beschäftigst dich unter anderem mit:

* Entwicklung von Webanwendungen mit Python & Django

* Entwicklung individueller Funktionen mit JavaScript, HTML und CSS

* Konzeption von APIs, Datenmodellen und Softwarearchitekturen

* Integration von LLMs und AI Agents in Anwendungen und Prozesse

* Entwicklung von Agent Workflows, Orchestrierungen und Tool Integrations

* Anbindung externer APIs und Services

* Automatisierung von Prozessen und wiederkehrenden Aufgaben

* Weiterentwicklung bestehender Anwendungen und unserer technischen Architektur

* Gemeinsame Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer digitaler Produkte

DEIN PROFIL

Du musst nicht alles davon bereits perfekt beherrschen. Wichtig sind uns ein gutes technisches Verständnis, Neugier und die Motivation, dich in neue Technologien und Themen einzuarbeiten.

Von Vorteil sind:

* Gute Kenntnisse in Python, idealerweise mit Django

* Erfahrung mit JavaScript, HTML und CSS

* Verständnis für moderne Web- und Softwarearchitekturen

* Erfahrung mit REST APIs und SQL-Datenbanken, insbesondere PostgreSQL

* Interesse an oder Erfahrung mit LLMs, AI Agents und agentischen Systemen

* Verständnis für Themen wie Agent Orchestration, Tool Use und AI Workflows

* Interesse an Docker, CI/CD und Deployment-Prozessen

* Grundverständnis für Buchhaltung und kaufmännische Prozesse ist ein Plus

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team Lösungen zu entwickeln

* Flexibilität und Lust auf ein dynamisches Entwicklungsumfeld

* Neugier auf neue Technologien und den Anspruch, Dinge laufend besser zu machen
