Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine_n 1 Web-Designer/in * Dauerbeschäftigung

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 5 Tage Woche

* 38,5 Stunden pro Woche

* tägliche Arbeitszeit von 08:00 Uhr bis 16:00 Uhr

* Home-Office nach Vereinbarung tageweise möglich

* Faire Vergütung: Du erhältst einen Jährlichen Bruttolohn von EUR 32.886,-- auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung

* je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung gerne möglich.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Webdesign von A bis Z: Begleite unsere Kund_innen von der Ideenfindung bis zur finalen Übergabe und stehe ihnen dabei stets beratend zur Seite.

* Kreativität trifft Technik: Setze die mit den Kund_innen besprochenen Designideen durch Wireframes, Prototypen und User Interfaces (UI) um und sorge für eine herausragende User Experience (UX).

* Umsetzung: Erstelle einzigartige Websites mit WordPress und Elementor - stets mit Blick auf modernes und responsives Design.

* Web-Accessibility: Sorge dafür, dass deine Designs auch den Ansprüchen an Barrierefreiheit gerecht werden.

Photoshop - Responsives Webdesign

Webdesign-Software - WordPress

CSS-Layout - HTML

Dein Profil:

* Fachkenntnisse:

- Fundierte Kenntnisse in WordPress und Elementor

- Gute Kenntnisse in HTML, CSS sowie gängigen Design-Tools wie Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, Figma oder Sketch.

- Kenntnisse in Web-Accessibility-Richtlinien und UX/UI-Design.

- Kenntnisse im DNS-Management von Vorteil.

* Erfahrung: Mehrjährige, einschlägige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil.

* Kreativität: Du hast ein gutes Gespür für Farben, Formen und Typografie und weißt, wie du deine Ideen ansprechend und professionell visualisierst.

* Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst deine Designs und Konzepte klar kommunizieren und bist auch in der Kundenberatung sicher und kompetent.

* Selbständiges, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten und ein Auge für Usability und Ästhetik.
