Wir bauen digitale Plattformen mit echtem Mehrwert - von der Idee bis zum eigenen Betrieb im Markt. Dabei setzen wir konsequent auf KI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung und arbeiten unter anderem mit Claude Code und Multi-Agent-Setups.

Dafür suchen wir Entwickler, die ... 1 Webentwickler Fullstack (M/W/D) Deine Rolle

* User Stories verstehen und daraus technisch saubere Lösungen entwickeln * Claude Code und KI-Agenten aktiv in der Entwicklung einsetzen * Mit unserem Multi-Agent-Setup Software entwickeln, analysieren und verbessern * KI-generierten Code verstehen, überprüfen, debuggen und bei Bedarf selbst weiterentwickeln * Wartbaren, lesbaren und technisch sauberen Code sicherstellen * Architektur und Lösungsansätze mitgestalten * Gemeinsam im Scrum-Team Verantwortung für Qualität und Delivery übernehmen

KI darf bei uns programmieren. Die Verantwortung für den Code bleibt aber beim Entwickler. Wir suchen deshalb niemanden, der nur Prompts schreibt, sondern jemanden, der Softwareentwicklung versteht und KI als Werkzeug nutzt, um deutlich effizienter zu arbeiten.

Bei uns dreht sich alles um echte Probleme lösen. Deshalb geben wir dir die Möglichkeit, einen unserer Produkt-Backlogs anzusehen - kein Demo-Dokument, sondern die tatsächlichen User Stories und Tasks, an denen unser Team arbeitet - inklusive Rechtschreibfehler:

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Software- und Webentwicklung * Erfahrung mit KI-gestützter Softwareentwicklung * Idealerweise praktische Erfahrung mit Claude Code * Verständnis dafür, wie AI Agents und Multi-Agent-Setups in der Softwareentwicklung eingesetzt werden * Du kannst KI-generierten Code lesen, beurteilen, debuggen und weiterentwickeln * Du verstehst Softwarearchitektur und denkst über einzelne Tickets hinaus * Du arbeitest eigenständig und hinterfragst auch Lösungen, die von einer KI vorgeschlagen werden * Erfahrung mit Kubernetes ist ein großes Plus

Wichtig: Wir erwarten nicht, dass du ohne KI entwickelst - im Gegenteil. Wir stellen dir ein leistungsfähiges Multi-Agent-Setup mit Claude Code zur Verfügung. Entscheidend ist für uns, dass du KI nicht als Blackbox verwendest, sondern die technischen Grundlagen beherrschst und die Ergebnisse fachlich verantworten kannst.

Arbeitsweise und Tech Stack

Wir leben echtes Scrum:

* 2-wöchige Sprints * Sprint Planning, Refinements, Dailys, Retros und Reviews * Gemeinsame Verantwortung für Qualität und Delivery

2 Tage Homeoffice pro Woche möglich.
