Webinarhost Wil jij ons team versterken als webinarhost? Prelum organiseert jaarlijks zo'n 80 webinars en online cursusdagen voor verschillende medische professionals. Jij begeleidt de sprekers, helpt deelnemers bij technische vragen en zorgt dat elk webinar soepel verloopt. Je werkt flexibel vanuit huis, bepaalt zelf je beschikbaarheid en ontvangt een vergoeding volgens de CAO-UB. Wat ga je doen? We nemen je mee in de wereld van onze webinars. Als host zorg jij ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt - van de voorbereiding tot de afsluiting. - Voorbereiding: Je krijgt van je contactpersoon bij Prelum alle informatie en presentaties die je nodig hebt. Zo ga je goed voorbereid van start. - Voorafgaand aan het webinar: Een half uurtje van tevoren log je samen met de sprekers in. Je loopt kort het programma door, checkt beeld en geluid, test het delen van presentaties of filmpjes en legt uit hoe de chatfunctie werkt. - Tien minuten voor aanvang: Je opent de presentatie met huishoudelijke mededelingen, laat de deelnemers binnen en staat klaar voor vragen. - De start: Zodra het webinar begint, heet jij iedereen welkom. Je geeft de belangrijkste mededelingen en introduceert de spreker - Tijdens het webinar: Jij houdt alles scherp in de gaten. Je beantwoordt technische en praktische vragen via de chat, zorgt dat de spreker de inhoudelijke vragen behandelt en ondersteunt bij polls of break-out rooms. - De afsluiting: Aan het einde bedank je zowel de spreker als de deelnemers, en wijs je op een volgend interessant webinar. Daarna sluit je het webinar af en geef je een korte terugkoppeling aan je contactpersoon bij Prelum.
