Als webredacteur werk je iedere dag aan Tergooi.nl, waar maandelijks zo'n 80.000 patiënten en bezoekers informatie zoeken over onze zorg. Tergooi.nl is jouw belangrijkste werkterrein. Een groot deel van je tijd werk je aan patiëntinformatie over bijvoorbeeld aandoeningen, onderzoeken en behandelingen. Informatie die patiënten helpt te begrijpen wat er aan de hand is en wat ze kunnen verwachten. Je schrijft, redigeert en publiceert teksten. Je verwerkt wijzigingen van zorgprofessionals en controleert of pagina's nog actueel zijn. Samen met de adviseur patiëntcommunicatie en andere collega's bepaal je wat als eerste moet gebeuren. Je bent niet iemand die wacht tot wijzigingen binnenkomen. Je zoekt actief contact met collega's, vraagt door als informatie ontbreekt en kijkt steeds wat beter kan. Je ruimt verouderde pagina's op, verbetert de structuur en voorkomt dat er steeds meer content bijkomt. Less is more is voor jou een belangrijk principe. Je vraagt je steeds af: heeft de bezoeker deze informatie echt nodig?
