Je werkt mee aan de ontwikkeling van het nieuw te bouwen platform, zet producten online, schrijft Duitstalige teksten en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers. Je doet onderzoek naar kansen en ontwikkelingen in de Duitse markt en adviseert hierover. Daarnaast ben je mede-verantwoordelijk voor de klantenservice voor onze Nederlandse webshops Kish.nl en Horlogeband.com. Je beantwoordt telefoon en mail en zorgt voor een passend antwoord of oplossing, zodat de klant na contact met jou altijd een goed gevoel heeft. Functie-eisen Wat vragen wij - Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring op MBO+ niveau - Je schrijft en spreekt vloeiend Duits - Je hebt commercieel inzicht, handelt proactief en neemt initiatief - Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt snel schakelen - Je bent behendig met eigentijdse softwarepakketten - en natuurlijk… ben je een harde werker!
