Sow to Grow Onze organisatie bestaat vrijwel geheel uit vrijwilligers. Vrijwilligers die zich met hart en ziel inzetten voor onze doelstelling. Hieronder een opsomming van functies binnen onze organisatie. In overleg kunnen we samen met u bepalen waar u het beste ingezet kan worden. Activiteiten Taak: Na vrijwillige opgave aan het organiseren van een activiteit ontvang je, in overlg met de projectleider, een taak. Op onze website staat een lijst met activiteiten van de afgelopen periode. Alle activiteiten worden georganiseerd met gebruik van een CHECKLIST. Deze CHECKLIST's worden gearchiveerd zodat de informatie beschikbaar is bij een volgende- vergelijkbare activiteit. Vrijwel alle activiteiten hebben een start- en einddatum. Wester- en Kloostertuin Taken: meewerken aan het onderhoud van de tuin en verdere omgeving van Sow to Grow. Meedenken aan het beplantingsplan. Verkrijgen van plantmateriaal Beschrijven 'Plant van de maand' voor de website Alles in overleg met de collega's van de tuinploeg Museale Collectie Taken: conserveren van objecten in de museale collectie. Meewerken aan het nauwkeurig registreren en onderhouden van die registratie in een online database. Fotograferen van objecten. Ontvangen en uitlenen van objecten. Meedenken over de samenstelling van de collectie. Beschrijving Object van de maand voor de website Bezoeken van presentaties door derden, zowel fysiek als online Bestuur Taken: Proactief meedenken aan ontwikkelingen in ons vakgebied. Relaties onderhouden In gezamelijkheid beslissen over investeringen Eenmaal per maand bijeenkomst bijwonen.
