Als onze nieuwe Wedstrijdsecretaris Jeugd ben jíj de onmisbare schakel die ervoor zorgt dat onze jeugdleden elk weekend met een glimlach het veld op stappen. Wat ga je doen? De KNVB maakt de basisplanning, maar zodra er iets verandert, kom jij in actie. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. - Plannen en regelen: Je wijst velden en kleedkamers toe voor de thuiswedstrijden. - Scheidsrechters indelen: Je coördineert de (jeugd)scheidsrechters (teams vanaf 13 jaar) en zorgt dat elke wedstrijd een sportieve spelbegeleider heeft via de Whatsapp-groep scheidsrechters. - Het aanspreekpunt zijn: Je bent de sportieve link tussen de trainers/leiders, de KNVB en wedstrijdsecretarissen van andere clubs. - Digitaal scoren: Je verwerkt de planning en uitslagen in het handige digitale systeem Sportlink en de wedstrijdapp. Leiders communiceren de uitslag via de gezamenlijke Whatsapp-groep. - Schakelen bij wijzigingen: Wordt er een wedstrijd verplaatst of afgelast? Na overleg met trainer/leider van betreffend elftal stem je deze wijziging dan af met wedstrijdsecretaris van een andere vereniging. Dit wordt verwerkt in Sportlink en gecommuniceerd naar de teamleiders/scheidsrechters via Whatsapp. Tijdsbesteding? - Tijd: Kost je slechts 1 tot 2 uur per week en daarnaast 1 keer in de 7 weken (nieuwe fase) 2 uur - Flexibiliteit: Je deelt je eigen tijd in en doet dit werk lekker thuis vanaf de bank via je laptop of telefoon. Wel bij voorkeur aan het begin van de week voor de a.s. zaterdag wedstrijd. - Geen voetbalervaring nodig: Organisatietalent en enthousiasme zijn véél belangrijker dan buitenspel-vakkennis! - Je staat er nooit alleen voor: Je wordt uitgebreid ingewerkt door de huidige wedstrijdsecretaris die ook nog als achte...
