The posting

Voor een organisatie actief in recyclage en afvalverwerking zijn we op zoek naar een weegbrugbediende die naast de opvolging van de weegbrug ook een deel van de facturatie en administratieve verwerking voor zijn/haar rekening neemt.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij administratie, facturatie en contact met chauffeurs en klanten centraal staan.

Jouw taken

  • Bedienen en administratief opvolgen van de weegbrug
  • Registreren en verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande vrachten
  • Controleren en verwerken van weeggegevens en transportdocumenten
  • Contact onderhouden met chauffeurs, klanten en leveranciers aan de weegbrug
  • Opstellen en verwerken van facturen
  • Koppelen en opvolgen van inkomende en uitgaande facturen
  • Beheren van cashverrichtingen en stortingen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande betalingen en telefonisch contacteren van klanten in het kader van rappels
  • Opmaken en verwerken van creditnota’s
  • Bieden van algemene administratieve ondersteuning
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur 2 à 3 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige administratieve functie of weegbrugfunctie
  • Ervaring met facturatie is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van Yuki is een pluspunt
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent klantgericht en gaat vlot om met chauffeurs en klanten
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken
  • Je hebt een goede administratieve ingesteldheid
  • Je bent bereid om klanten telefonisch te contacteren in het kader van betalingsopvolging
