Op de woningen aan de Oude Rijnlaan ondersteun je cliënten in hun dagelijks leven, werk je samen met een betrokken team en ontwikkel je belangrijke praktijkervaring. Een betekenisvolle bijbaan waarin jouw aandacht echt verschil maakt.t. Wie zijn wij Op de woningen Oude Rijnlaan 1/3 en Oude Rijnlaan 18/20 wonen volwassenen van 20 tot 77 jaar met een matige tot ernstige verstandelijke beperking. Daarnaast kan er sprake zijn van autisme, psychiatrische problematiek, hechtingsvragen of licht moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Wij bieden cliënten een veilige en vertrouwde woonomgeving met duidelijke afspraken, persoonlijke aandacht en passende begeleiding. Samen werken we aan welzijn, ontwikkeling en een fijne dag. Kleine stappen en persoonlijke successen staan daarbij centraal. Jouw baan als Weekend-/ vakantiekracht Als weekend-/vakantiekracht ondersteun je cliënten en collega's tijdens weekenden, avonden en schoolvakanties. Je draait mee op de woning en levert een waardevolle bijdrage aan een prettig en stabiel leefklimaat. Je werkzaamheden zijn afhankelijk van je opleiding en leerjaar. Denk hierbij aan: • ondersteunen bij maaltijden en eetmomenten; • helpen bij ADL-activiteiten, zoals aankleden en persoonlijke verzorging; • signaleren van behoeften en inspelen op non-verbale communicatie; • begeleiden van activiteiten zoals wandelen, sporten, muziek luisteren of creatieve bezigheden; • bieden van individuele ondersteuning wanneer dat nodig is; • uitvoeren van lichte huishoudelijke werkzaamheden; • bijdragen aan rust, structuur en welzijn van cliënten. Met jouw inzet krijgen cliënten extra aandacht en ondersteuning, terwijl je tegelijkertijd waardevolle praktijkervaring opdoet binnen de gehandicaptenzorg. Jouw profiel Als weekend- of vakantiekracht: • ben je minimaal 17 jaar; • volg je een opleiding zorg, sociaal werk of sport & bewegen; • ben je in ieder geval beschikba

in de weekenden; • ben je bereid om ervaring op te doen binnen de gehandicaptenzorg. Wat krijg je van ons Een bruto maandsalaris van € 2.384– € 3.276 op basis van 36 uur, volgens de cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 25) Direct een vaste aanstelling, met contracturen in overleg (1-16 uur per week) Ruime mogelijkheden voor scholing en ontwikkeling Eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%, 8% vakantietoeslag en pensioen via Pensioenfonds Zorg & Welzijn 144 vakantie-uren en 57 balansverlofuren per jaar bij een 36-urige werkweek Reiskostenvergoeding Fiscaal voordeel tot € 750 per jaar, bijvoorbeeld voor een fiets, telefoon, laptop of sportabonnement. Informatie Je werkt bij Ipse de Bruggen vaak met kwetsbare cliënten en daarom zijn wij zeer zorgvuldig in ons selectiebeleid. De aanvraag Verklaring omtrent het gedrag (VOG), het navragen van referenties en het opvragen van informatie bij de Inspectie Gezondheidszorg en Jeugd maken om die reden onderdeel uit van de selectieprocedure.
