Voor onze showroom in Kaatsheuvel zoeken we een enthousiaste zaterdaghulp die zorgt voor een warm welkom en onze verkoopadviseurs ondersteunt. Werken bij Jan van Erp Jan van Erp is een Brabants familiebedrijf met ruim 60 jaar ervaring in tegels en badkamers. Met vier showrooms, een groothandel en een eigen logistieke afdeling werken we dagelijks aan mooie projecten voor onze klanten. Je komt terecht in een betrokken team met een gemoedelijke sfeer en korte lijnen. We helpen elkaar en vinden het belangrijk dat je met plezier naar je werk gaat. Wat ga je doen? Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten die onze showroom binnenkomen. Je begroet, maakt een praatje en vraagt waar ze naar op zoek zijn. Willen ze inspiratie opdoen, een tegelvloer uitzoeken of een completen badkamer samenstellen? Jij helpt ze op weg! Daarbij houd je jezelf bezig met: - Actief ontvangen en aanspreken van klanten en zorgt dat ze zich direct welkom voelen; - Wegwijs maken van klanten in de showroom en onze werkwijze; - Inplannen van zo veel mogelijk afspraken en klanten aan Jan van Erp te binden; - Inventariseren en overdragen van klantwensen aan onze verkoopadviseurs; - Biedt gasten koffie/thee aan; - Ondersteunen van je collega's in de showroom; - Netjes en representatief houden van de showroompresentatie. Wie zoeken wij? Je bent vriendelijk, steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen en stapt makkelijk op mensen af. Ook wanneer het druk is, houd je overzicht en zorg je dat iedereen zich gezien voelt.
