Kompas vzw biedt zorg op maat aan personen en hun context die problemen ervaren door het misbruik van middelen en/of verslavend gedrag vertonen. We bieden ondersteuning en begeleiding van zorgvragers en hun context, van laagdrempelige zorg tot residentiële behandeling met als doel herstel.

Onze residentiële hulpverlening is gevestigd in Kortrijk, waar we beschikken over zowel een kortdurend ontwenningsprogramma als een kortdurend therapeutisch programma (KTP). Onze centra voor ambulante drughulpverlening zijn gevestigd in Kortrijk, Waregem, Menen, Ieper, Roeselare en Torhout.

Subsidiariteit, diversiteit, emancipatorisch werken en persoonsgerichte zorg zijn als organisatie centrale normen en waarden binnen ons behandelaanbod.

Taken

Als weekendwerker draag je in het weekend de groep. Je bent een vast en herkenbaar gezicht voor de cliënten (8 tot 10 per leefgroep) en je zorgt ervoor dat het leefklimaat ook buiten de weekdagen rustig, veilig en structuurvol blijft. Daarnaast ben je ook, indien nodig, beschikbaar voor de cliënten van de Kier (5 bewoners).

Je begeleidt cliënten...

  • Je bent empathisch en hebt motiverende gespreksvoering onder de knie.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting (bv. sociaal werk, psychologie, orthopedagogie, ...) of bachelor (psychiatrisch) verpleegkundige
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent flexibel en bereid te werken weekendshiften of feestdagen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk, durft jezelf in vraag te stellen en staat open voor feedback.
  • Je gelooft in de kracht van zelfhulp en begeleidt cliënten met respect én duidelijkheid en bent integer.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken.
  • Ervaring in drughulpverlening, groepswerk en/of contextueel werken is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
