Deze vacature als wegenbouwer in Wezemaal is bij een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf dat meer dan 520 mensen tewerkstelt. Het bedrijf voert infrastructuurprojecten uit, met een focus op wegenbouw, nutsvoorzieningen en leidingenaanleg, en werkt voor onder andere overheden, luchthavens en nutsbedrijven. Je komt terecht in vaste ploegen, zodat je op de werf samenwerkt met vertrouwde collega’s. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen een degelijke opstart, opleiding op maat en begeleiding. Op de werf is er een duidelijke structuur, er wordt gewerkt met degelijk materiaal en veiligheid krijgt aandacht vanaf dag één. Samenwerking staat centraal: van wegenwerker tot kraanmachinist tot werfleider, iedereen draagt bij aan een vlotte en veilige werksfeer. Het bedrijf investeert in lange-termijnrelaties met medewerkers en klanten, met als doel een stabiele werkomgeving en een collegiale sfeer op de werf.

Jobomschrijving

Deze functie van wegenbouwer in regio Wezemaal is er eentje voor wie geen dag graag twee keer beleeft. Van sleuven graven tot kabels leggen: jij vormt letterlijk de basis van de nutsvoorzieningen van morgen.

  • Je voert wegenwerken uit: sleuven, kuilen en putten graven en dichten voor het leggen van kabels, buizen en leidingen (o.a. voor elektriciteit en water).
  • Je ondersteunt bij het plaatsen van putten, betonstructuren en funderingen voor nutsleidingen, in samenwerking met kraanmachinisten en techniekers.
  • Je plaatst signalisatie en houdt het terrein proper en veilig, zodat de werken vlot kunnen doorgaan.
  • Je neemt werffoto’s via een app en communiceert met je team over de voortgang op de werf.
  • Bij onverwachte problemen (zoals bijvoorbeeld een gesprongen buis) ben je flexibel om overuren te presteren indien nodig.
