The posting

We menen het uit de GROND van ons hart: wij kunnen niet zonder jou. In korte tijd is Grondwerken De Mol, actief in afbraak-, grond-, wegenis-, omgevings-, rioleringswerken en recyclage, uitgegroeid tot een dynamische en bonte familie van enthousiastelingen, ideeën en talenten. Dat moet ook wel want onze opdrachten rijzen als paddenstoelen uit de GROND en we verzetten hemel en AARDE om steeds aan de vraag van onze klanten tegemoet te komen. Dit alles heeft soms wat voeten in de AARDE, daarom kunnen we een extra paar gouden handen goed gebruiken. Jij bent namelijk onze FUNDERINGdie onze business draaiende houdt: de CEMENT tussen bureau en werf, de lijm tussen administratie en realisatie. Want we geven het grif toe: met Grondwerken De Mol willen we niet laag bij de GROND blijven. Jij helpt ons mee op de voor GROND te treden en onze realisaties uit de GROND te stampen.

Als wegenwerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van diverse taken met betrekking tot de aanleg, het onderhoud en de reparatie van wegen en infrastructuur. Deze taken voer je uit in teamverband en vereisen aanzienlijke fysieke inspanning en technische vaardigheden.

Je takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit het uitvoeren van grondwerken, nivelleren en egaliseren van de ondergrond voor wegenaanleg.

En wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste en dynamische arbeider.

Hieronder benoemen we enkele taken:

  • Je voert afbraak-, grond- en funderingswerken uit.
  • Je graaft en dicht handmatig putten en sleuven waarbij mogelijk ook graafmachines worden ingezet.
  • Je verleent hulp aan de machinisten op de werf.
  • Je bent multi-inzetbaar, zo breng je ook materialen aan.
  • Plaatsen van boordstenen, klinkers en riolering. Alsook manuele grondwerken.
  • Huisaansluitingen plaatsen.
  • Klinkers leggen.
  • Fundering leggen.
  • Verschillende soorten afwerking.
  • ...
  • Ervaring in de wegenis/grondwerken/infra is mooi meegenomen. Maar een passie voor de job is belangrijker.
  • Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af.

Willen bijleren is belangrijk. Ook mensen zonder ervaring maar met de juiste ingesteldheid geven wij graag een kans.
