The posting

Een afgeronde HBO of MBO opleiding in een relevante richting (bouwkunde, civiele techniek) of een vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau. Je bent als Werkvoorbereider verantwoordelijk voor de (technische en operationele) voorbereiding van en ondersteuning bij projecten (voorspanning) en orders (geotechniek). Je speelt binnen de organisatie een cruciale rol in het van A tot Z regelen, facilitairen en bewaken van de voortgang van projecten en afwikkeling van orders. Je bent hiervoor als een essentiële schakel tussen alle betrokkenen al vanaf het sales traject betrokken, tot aan de feitelijke uitvoering en afronding. Na een gedegen inwerktraject creëer je door de kwaliteit van je werk bij in- en externe stakeholders steeds het vertrouwen dat het project of de order goed is geregeld en dat klanten aldus goed zijn geholpen.

Van het staal in de eerste versterkte brug in 1903 tot het leveren van spoorwegsensoren, DYWIDAG werkt samen met overheden, eigenaren van gebouwen en constructies, bouwbedrijven en ontwerpbureaus om hun infrastructuurprojecten te versterken. DYWIDAGs systemen zijn te vinden in iconische projecten zoals de Golden Gate Bridge, het Panamakanaal, de Kap Shui Munbrug, de Freedom Tower maar ook meer lokaal in de Afsluitdijk, de Zeesluis IJmuiden en de Blankenburg verbinding. DYWIDAG Nederland is onderdeel van DYWIDAG Holding en richt zich op de meerdere diensten: Voorspanning, Geotechniek, Reparatie en Versterking en Monitoring (BENEUX). Dit alles binnen de sector Bouw en Infra. Het team in Nederland is klein, hecht en gedreven en de Nederlandse Business Unit bevindt zich in een fase van verdere uitbouw. Jij gaat hier als Werkvoorbereider een nadrukkelijke rol in spelen. Met een gezamenlijk doel voor ogen werkt men binnen DYWIDAG Nederland intensief en prettig samen. Naast uitdagende opdrachten en order intake is men dagelijks ook bezig om samen stappen te zetten om organisatiedoelen en -ambities te realiseren. De sfeer op het kantoor in Zaltbommel is informeel en gericht op samenwerking. Hierbij is sprake van korte lijnen en samenwerken op basis van gelijkwaardigheid. DYWIDAG stimuleert je om aan de slag te gaan met je eigen ideeën, op basis van een proactieve grondhouding.
