Onze klant met deze vacature als wegenwerker regio Houthalen maakt deel uit van een Europese speler in constructie, energiesystemen, infrastructuur en concessies. Met 3 expertisepolen, 10 filialen en bijna 1.300 medewerkers op 15 vestigingen in België en Luxemburg ontwerpt, realiseert, beheert en onderhoudt het bedrijf elektrische, industriële, klimaatregelings- en energietechnische systemen en apparatuur. Binnen de afdeling Infrastructuur specialiseren ze zich in de aanleg van kabels, pijpleidingen en ondergrondse leidingen, evenals in straatverlichting, sportveldverlichting en decoratieve verlichting. Daarnaast werkt het bedrijf aan laag- en middenspanningsbekabeling, telecom- en glasvezelkabels, waterleidingen en gasleidingen. Het verzorgt ook het ontwerp, de installatie en het onderhoud van verlichting, signalisatie, verkeerslichten en dynamische borden voor stedelijke, industriële en transportomgevingen. In verkeers- en mobiliteitsbeheer bouwt het voort op meer dan 30 jaar ervaring. Als wegenwerker in Houthalen voer je onderstaande taken uit:

  • Je werkt in de nachtploeg aan verschillende wegwerken op de baan.
  • Het nachtregime bestaat uit 4 nachten van telkens 10 uur werken, van maandagnacht tem donderdagnacht. Een 40-uren werkweek dus met een betaalde ADV-dag.
  • Deze nachturen worden uitbetaald aan 120%.
  • Je ondersteunt het slijpen van lussen in het wegdek met een lussenslijpmachine.
  • Je komt tijdens je werk veel in contact met water, pek en het vuilere werk.
  • Je helpt mee bij de signalisatie op en rond de werken wanneer dat nodig is.
  • Je wordt door de collega's opgepikt in regio Houthalen of je komt tot aan een afgesproken ophaalpunt.
