Als Wegtransport Agent ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van internationale wegtransportzendingen binnen Europa. Jij zorgt ervoor dat het volledige transportproces soepel verloopt: van het ophalen tot en met de aflevering van de zending. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en onderhoudt contact met vervoerders en interne afdelingen. Je bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen, houdt alle betrokken partijen op de hoogte en grijpt direct in wanneer er vertragingen of problemen ontstaan. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle administratie, documentatie en eventuele douaneformaliteiten correct worden verwerkt. Met jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en proactieve houding draag jij bij aan een uitstekende klantervaring. waar ga je werken?
