Dit ga je doen Van zorg naar welbevinden, anders denken en anders doen. Dit is de mindset die we zoeken. Samen gaan we ervoor zorgen dat we nog beter aansluiten op het behoud van eigen regie van de cliënten en de mogelijkheden van de collega’s om voor cliënten van meerwaarde te zijn. We zijn bezig met een grote veranderopgave; ‘van zorg naar welbevinden.’ Om dit te realiseren hebben we collega’s nodig met de mindset ‘anders denken en anders doen’. Als welzijnscoach op locatie Odendael in Sint-Oedenrode ga je medewerkers en de informele zorg, zoals familie en het netwerk, coachen en begeleiden, zodat cliënten het leven van alledag kunnen voortzetten. Daarbij werk je deels mee in de zorg. Dan verzorg en begeleid je de cliënten bij de alledaagse levensbehoeften. Als welzijnscoach ondersteun en begeleid je bij begeleidings- en welzijnsvraagstukken. Als jij tegen knelpunten aanloopt, leg je de verbinding met en tussen de juiste personen. Jij coacht, begeleidt en stimuleert medewerkers en de informele zorg bij het (inhoudelijk) uitoefenen van hun functie/ rol. De werktijden variëren tussen 7.00 uur en 23.00 uur en de werkdagen zijn van maandag tot en met zondag. Daarnaast: Ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vraagstukken rondom de ondersteuning van cliënten in het welzijn; Faciliteer, ontwikkel, organiseer en geeft je voorlichtingsbijeenkomsten en/of klinische lessen voor het toepassen van (benaderings)methodieken Bij ontwikkelingspunten doe je verbetervoorstellen en je adviseert en ondersteunt de kwaliteitsverpleegkundige en teammanager bij de aanpak; Dit bieden wij jou Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor onbepaalde tijd voor 16 tot 36 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid; Een salaris in FWG 45 volgens cao VVT; Aandacht voor jouw gezondheid en vitaliteit, onder andere met gratis fruit op de werkvloer; Een goede pensioenregeling, 8% vakantiegeld, collectieve verzekeringen en een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,3% (dat is een volledige dertiende maand); Goede begeleidin
