  • In deze rol als werfleider of projectleider neem jij de regie in handen over uitdagende werven in de wegenbouw en rioleringstechnieken.
  • Je bereidt technische dossiers tot in de puntjes voor en zorgt dat alle materialen en manschappen op het juiste moment op de juiste plek staan voor een vlotte start.
  • Het bewaken van de vooropgestelde planning en de financiële gezondheid van je projecten behoort tot je kernverantwoordelijkheden om elk dossier winstgevend af te ronden.
  • Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met opdrachtgevers en externe partners, waarbij je optreedt als het centrale aanspreekpunt voor technische vraagstukken en overleg.
  • Veiligheid op de werf krijgt bij jou altijd de hoogste prioriteit, waarbij je consequent toeziet op een gezonde werkomgeving en de nodige kwaliteitsgarantie.
  • De administratieve opvolging, zoals vorderingsstaten en de nacalculatie, handel je nauwkeurig af om de voortgang van je werken transparant te houden voor alle betrokkenen.

Profiel

  • Jouw technisch inzicht en organisatietalent passen perfect bij de dagelijkse praktijk van een werfleider of projectleider.
  • Een hoger diploma in de bouwkunde of civiele techniek met relevante ervaring geeft je de nodige bagage om complexe plannen vlot te interpreteren en om te zetten in actie.
  • Collega’s omschrijven je als iemand met een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel die op een eerlijke en directe manier communiceert met alle lagen van de organisatie.
  • Je beschikt over een gezonde dosis boerenverstand en laat je niet snel uit het veld slaan wanneer een situatie op de werf onverwacht verandert.
