Als Werf-/Projectleider Nutsleidingen ben jij de spilfiguur op onze infrastructuurwerven. Je organiseert, coördineert en volgt de projecten op van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je stuurt ploegen en onderaannemers aan en bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, gemeenten, nutsmaatschappijen en bewoners.

Wat ga je doen?

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij geen enkele werkdag hetzelfde is:

  • Je bereidt infrastructuurwerven voor en zorgt dat alles tijdig klaarstaat.
  • Je analyseert plannen, bestekken en KLIP-informatie.
  • Je regelt vergunningen, signalisatie en praktische werfvoorzieningen.
  • Je plant medewerkers, machines, materialen en onderaannemers.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse uitvoering op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en budget.
  • Je controleert de uitgevoerde werken, dagrapporten en opmetingen.
  • Je organiseert toolboxmeetings en ziet toe op een veilige werkomgeving.
  • Je registreert meer- en minwerken en bespreekt deze met de opdrachtgever.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers zoals Pidpa en Fluvius, gemeenten en andere partners.
  • Je behandelt vragen en klachten van bewoners.
  • Je zorgt mee voor een correcte oplevering en administratieve afsluiting van het project.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de werf draait.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een praktische en ondernemende persoon die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • een technische achtergrond heeft en affiniteit heeft met infrastructuur of nutswerken;
  • sterk is in organiseren en plannen;
  • vlot communiceert met verschillende partijen;
  • zelfstandig beslissingen durft te nemen;
  • problemen ziet als uitdagingen en oplossingsgericht denkt;
  • nauwkeurig is in administratie en opvolging;
  • medewerkers en onderaannemers op een duidelijke en respectvolle manier kan aansturen;
  • flexibel en stressbestendig is.

Ervaring in infrastructuur, wegenbouw of nutsleidingen is een grote troef.
