Onze klant in de regio van Dessel zoekt versterking van werfarbeiders in de afdeling Elektromechanica, Drilltech, Funderingen, Tunnelling en Leidingrenovatie. Waar jij terechtkomt hangt af van jouw eigen interesses en ambities. Elke divisie biedt unieke projecten, gespecialiseerde technieken en ruimte voor persoonlijke groei.

Waar kom jij dan terecht?

Je plaats van tewerkstelling varieert naargelang de regio waar het project zich bevindt.

De werven bevinden zich over heel België, wat maakt dat de ploegen vaak op logement gaan (90% van de tijd).

Als werfarbeider sta je dagelijks in ter ondersteuning van jouw ploeg en ben je multi-inzetbaar zodat de werkzaamheden vlot kunnen verlopen.

Na je alle kneepjes van het vak hebt leren kennen kan je gaandeweg doorgroeien naar een andere functie op de werf (denk aan: machinist, betonpompist, operator, werfmonteur, … of misschien zelfs tot boormeester!).

Onze klant voorziet hiervoor een uitgebreid opleidingstraject waarbij al de bedrijfseigen technieken aan bod komen. Hoe snel dit zal gaan hangt af van jouw eigen leertempo.

Je genoot een technische opleiding of beschikt van nature over technisch inzicht.

Je bent leergierig en beschikt over doorzettingsvermogen.

Je toont de nodige ambitie en interesse om door te groeien.

Je werkt graag in de buitenlucht en functioneert goed in teamverband.

Je hebt geen problemen met het werken van lange dagen en vroeg opstaan.

Je bent bereid om regelmatig op logement te gaan (90% van de tijd).

Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands.

Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.

Diploma is niet het belangrijkste, wél jouw ingesteldheid en motivatie om dingen te willen bijleren!
