De functie inhoud Hoe ziet je dag eruit als werfassistent in Veurne?

  • Administratief volg je nauwkeurig alles op qua personeelsuren.
  • Het beheer van het rollend materieel is jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Op de werf ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de werknemers en klanten.
  • De projectleider geef je ondersteuning door prijzen op te vragen en bestellingen te plaatsen.
  • De voorraad is steeds up-to-date dankzij je voorraadbeheer, hiervoor werk je nauw samen met de magazijniers.
  • Bij afwezigheden geef je alles door en pas je de planning aan.
  • Nieuwe medewerkers ontvang je met een glimlach en geef je de nodige begeleiding.
  • Veiligheidsinstructies toepassen en opvolgen.

Onze klant Onze klant gevestigd regio Veurne voorziet allerlei projecten om de industrie te ondersteunen op vlak van onderhoudsopdrachten en het bouwen van metalen constructies. De projecten zijn over heel West & Oost-Vlaanderen te vinden. Voor de rest is het een bedrijf met een rechttoe rechtaan mentaliteit waarbij open communicatie dus centraal staat.

Aan jouw doorgroeimogelijkheden als werfassistent wordt elke dag gewerkt door onder andere opleidingen, evaluatiegesprekken en functioneringsgesprekken waarbij je zelf kan aangeven welke richting je graag zou willen uitgaan. Wie ben jij als werfassistent?

  • Je genoot een bacheloropleiding of bent gelijkwaardig door je ervaring.
