Ben jij een sterke organisator met technische kennis van HVAC‑S? Als werfleider zorg je voor een feilloze uitvoering van projecten, waarbij je teams motiveert, de planning bewaakt en een kwalitatieve oplevering garandeert.

Jouw taken?

  • Werkplanning opstellen in overleg met de projectmanager;
  • Taken verdelen onder monteurs en onderaannemers;
  • Voorbereidende werfbezoeken uitvoeren om een vlotte opstart te verzekeren;
  • Materialen bestellen en tijdig afroepen;
  • Technische uittekeningen maken op de werf (CV, sanitair, leidingen, …);
  • Prefabborden plaatsen volgens de projectvereisten;
  • Montageploegen opstarten, begeleiden en ondersteunen;
  • Prestaties evalueren en constructieve feedback geven.

Je houdt overzicht in drukke situaties, denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt nauw samen met interne en externe partners om projecten efficiënt te realiseren. Met jouw kennis van HVAC‑systemen en jouw professionele aanpak ben jij een betrouwbare spilfiguur op de werf.

  • Sterke leiderschapsvaardigheden en het vermogen om teams te motiveren;
  • Organisatorisch talent en een scherp overzicht tijdens elke fase van het project;
  • Oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid en flexibiliteit bij onverwachte uitdagingen;
  • Heldere, professionele communicatie met alle betrokken partijen;
  • Grondige technische kennis van HVAC‑S en affiniteit met werfomgevingen.
