In deze job krijg je energie van klantencontact, planning en technische coördinatie? Dan is deze functie als werfcoördinator precies wat je zoekt.

Voor projecten in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen zoeken we een technisch sterke coördinator die onderhoudscontracten, interventies en kleine HVAC- en sanitaire werken in goede banen leidt.

Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, leveranciers en interne diensten.

  • Coördinatie van onderhoud en kleine werken Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van onderhoudscontracten, interventies en kleinere technische projecten binnen gebouwen zoals kantoren, woonzorgcentra en andere professionele omgevingen. Je volgt werkzaamheden op zoals: onderhoud installaties, vervangen van filters... Controleren van veiligheidscomponenten Nazicht en optimalisatie van regeltechnieken.
  • Technische ondersteuning Dankzij jouw praktijkkennis ondersteun je de offertedienst bij het uitwerken van technische voorstellen. Je analyseert klantenvragen en adviseert over technische oplossingen Je helpt bij de opmaak van offertes Je zoekt mee naar efficiënte en duurzame oplossingen
  • Projectopvolging van A tot Z Van zodra een opdracht wordt bevestigd, neem jij het dossier volledig onder jouw vleugels. Van voorbereiding tot aankoop en planning en administratieve opvolging. Financiële opvolging van projecten + bewaking van deadlines en kwaliteit
  • Team aansturen en ondersteunen + veiligheid en kwaliteit bewaken. Je begeleidt en motiveert een team van monteurs en onderhoudstechniekers. Je bent bereid om sporadisch zelf een werf op te starten. Je voert controles uit op de werkvloer en waakt over veiligheid, kwaliteit en naleving van procedures.
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten: Klanten kunnen rekenen op jouw expertise. Je beantwoordt hun technische vragen en staat in voor technisch advies Je bouwt duurzame relaties uit en staat garant voor maximale klanttevredenheid Je werkt zelfstandig offertes en oplossingen uit.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen HVAC, sanitair of gebouwtechnieken.
  • Een diploma HVAC, sanitair of een aanverwante technische richting
  • Een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
