The posting

In deze functie ben jij de technische ogen en oren op de werf en bewaak je of de werkzaamheden volgens de afgesproken kwaliteits- en projecteisen worden uitgevoerd.

Je werkt nauw samen met aannemers, werf- en projectleiders en het interne projectteam om afwijkingen tijdig te detecteren en correctieve maatregelen op te volgen.

Je combineert aanwezigheid op de werf met technische verslaggeving, risicoanalyse en overleg met de verschillende betrokken partijen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je controleert de werkzaamheden van de aannemerscombinatie en beoordeelt of deze conform de project-, kwaliteits- en contractuele vereisten worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je controleert registraties van controles, proeven en hoeveelheden en volgt vastgestelde issues en afwijkingen actief op.
  • Je woont proeven en keuringen bij en voert waar nodig zelf deelproducttoetsen en technische controles uit.
  • Je controleert het ingezette materieel, de aanwezige materialen en personeelsbezetting en voert risico-gestuurde controles uit van het dagboek der werken.
  • Je vertaalt jouw waarnemingen naar duidelijke rapporten en producttoetsverslagen via digitale platformen en AI-toepassingen.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan het opstellen en actualiseren van risicodossiers en volgt de afgesproken beheersmaatregelen op.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met werf- en projectleiders, de contract- en technisch manager en rapporteert jouw bevindingen aan de Supervisor.
  • Je neemt deel aan werf- en coördinatievergaderingen en zorgt ervoor dat technische aandachtspunten en afwijkingen correct worden besproken en opgevolgd.
  • Je bewaakt mee de veiligheid op de werf en werkt hiervoor nauw samen met de veiligheidsverantwoordelijke.

Wil jij als technisch expert mee waken over de kwaliteit, veiligheid en uitvoering van een grootschalig infrastructuurproject? Dan krijg je hier de kans om écht impact te maken op de werf.

Je bent een ervaren bouwkundige of technisch ingenieur die graag dicht bij de uitvoering staat en verantwoordelijkheid neemt over kwaliteit en veiligheid.

Je combineert technische kennis met een kritische blik, sterke communicatie en het vermogen om bevindingen helder te rapporteren.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • beschikt over minimaal een masterdiploma in een technische richting, zoals Burgerlijk ingenieur bouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Civiele Infrastructuur of een gelijkwaardige opleiding;
  • minstens 5 jaar ervaring heeft met de uitvoering van bouwwerken, bij voorkeur binnen civiele infrastructuur;
  • beschikt over een geldig VCA-VOL-attest;
  • ervaring heeft met technische verslaggeving en digitale/online rapporteringsplatformen;
  • nauwkeurig en analytisch werkt en afwijkingen en risico's snel weet te detecteren;
  • vlot communiceert met aannemers, werfleiders, projectleiders en andere technische stakeholders;
  • bereid is om minimaal 4 dagen per week aanwezig te zijn op kantoor of op de werf in Antwerpen.
