FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Forum jobs recherche pour une entreprise situé à Lichtervelde, un chef de chantier. Vous occupez une fonction technique variée et à responsabilités. Vous êtes chargé(e) de l'organisation, de la planification et du suivi des chantiers, tout en assurant la coordination entre les différents intervenants.

Vos missions :

  • Coordonner les chantiers de leur lancement jusqu'à leur réception.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec le maître d'ouvrage, les bureaux d'études, les architectes, les chefs de projet, les sous-traitants et les équipes internes.
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets de chantier et établir les états d'avancement.
  • Garantir la disponibilité des matériaux, équipements et ressources nécessaires.
  • Répartir efficacement les tâches et encadrer les équipes sur chantier.
  • Être régulièrement présent(e) sur les chantiers afin de résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et d'ajuster l'organisation si nécessaire.
  • Animer les réunions de chantier et assurer une communication fluide avec les clients et les partenaires.
  • Organiser le transport du matériel vers et depuis les différents chantiers.
  • Reporter directement à la direction.

PROFIEL Profil recherché(e) :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier ou d'un master en construction.
  • Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que chef de chantier ou dans une fonction similaire.
  • Vous possédez une excellente connaissance du Cahier des charges type 250 (Typebestek 250).
  • Vous avez une expérience ou une solide affinité avec les travaux de voirie.
  • Vous disposez d'excellentes compétences en communication, tant en interne qu'avec les clients et partenaires.
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée, efficace et rigoureuse.
  • Vous faites preuve d'initiative et de leadership sur les chantiers.
  • Vous êtes dynamique, motivé(e), désireux(se) d'apprendre et appréciez le travail en équipe.
  • Vous maîtrisez le néerlandais, le français et l'anglais.
