Werfleider - Genk - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij klaar voor een uitdagende rol in de bouwsector? Heb je een passie voor administratieve ondersteuning en wil je deel uitmaken van een groeiend familiaal bedrijf? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

  • Heb je een bouwkundige opleiding afgerond?
  • Ben je nauwkeurig en detailgericht?
  • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal uitstekend?

Als werfleider verzorg je diverse administratieve taken op de werven en ondersteun je projectleiders en de zaakvoerder. Je takenpakket omvat:

  • Administratieve voorbereiding van de werven;
  • Werfaangiftes en startverklaring;
  • Opvolgen van dossiers;
  • Plannen van opleidingen voor arbeiders;
  • Opstellen en uitwerken van meetstaten en vorderingsstaten;
  • Voorbereiding van offertes en aanbestedingen;
  • Aanvragen van aansluitingen voor nutsvoorzieningen;
  • Algemene ondersteuning van projectleiders en de zaakvoerder;
  • Materialen bestellen;
  • Bijhouden van materiaalprijzen;
  • Tekenen van voorontwerpen (bijv. met AutoCAD).

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, heb je een bachelor in de bouwkunde of architectuur nodig. Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt een goed gevoel voor detail. Verder ben je:

  • Ervaring met Autocad
  • In staat om bouwtekeningen te lezen;
  • Communicatief en positief ingesteld;
  • Flexibel in je werkhouding;
  • Beheers je het Nederlands uitstekend, met kennis van Frans, Engels en Duits als pluspunt.
