The posting

Als werfleider sta je in voor de dagelijkse organisatie en opvolging van elektrotechnische werven in de regio Groot Gent en Oost-Vlaanderen. Daarbij stuur je een team aan en zorg je ervoor dat de werkzaamheden veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen.

Het takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Dagelijkse leiding en begeleiding van een team op de werf
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de planning van de installatiewerken
  • Regelen en opvolgen van de nodige vergunningen
  • Bewaken van deadlines en gemaakte afspraken met klanten
  • Bestellen van materialen zodat deze tijdig op de werf aanwezig zijn
  • Opvolgen van de voortgang tijdens werfbezoeken en rondgangen met de klant
  • Deelnemen aan overleg- en werfvergaderingen
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider en andere betrokken partijen
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van TRA’s en LMRA’s
  • Toezien op een veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden
  • Motiveren, ondersteunen en coachen van medewerkers
  • Waar nodig taken van de voorman overnemen
  • Goede technische kennis van elektriciteit
  • Ervaring binnen een technische of industriële werkomgeving is een sterke troef
  • Een technische opleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar relevante ervaring en motivatie zijn minstens even belangrijk
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn
  • Leidinggevende capaciteiten en vlot kunnen samenwerken met verschillende profielen
  • Nauwkeurige en oplossingsgerichte werkhouding
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Interesse in techniek en bereidheid om kennis verder uit te bouwen
  • Flexibiliteit om op verschillende werven te werken
  • Goede kennis van het Nederlands
