In de regio Destelbergen kom je terecht bij een sterke speler die industriële projecten van A tot Z realiseert. Hier worden technieken zoals engineering, bordenbouw, elektrotechniek en automatisering naadloos gecombineerd tot maatwerk voor de klant. Geen standaardwerk, wel projecten waar techniek en samenwerking centraal staan.

Als werfleider neem jij het voortouw op de werf. Je stuurt jouw team aan, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens afspraak en timing verloopt. Samen met je collega’s werk je toe naar een vlotte oplevering, en wanneer nodig spring je bij in de rol van voorman.

Je technische bagage komt dagelijks van pas, zowel op de werkvloer als in de opvolging van projecten. Tegelijk krijg je de kans om verder te groeien via opleidingen en praktijkervaring. Administratie hoort er ook bij, maar vormt voor jou gewoon een logisch onderdeel van het geheel.

Je werkt op boeiende werven terwijl je kan rekenen op een stabiele thuisbasis en een hecht team. Met vaste daguren hou je bovendien grip op je planning en blijft er ruimte over voor je leven naast het werk.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Aansturen en coachen van een team op de werf, met aandacht voor samenwerking, motivatie en groei van elke collega
  • Opstellen en bewaken van de planning, zodat installaties en vergunningen vlot verlopen en deadlines gehaald worden
  • Nauw contact met klanten en opvolging van de werken, zodat afspraken gerespecteerd worden en verwachtingen worden ingelost
  • Organiseren van materiaal en middelen, inclusief tijdige bestellingen om de werf efficiënt draaiende te houden
  • Waken over veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werf, met een voorbeeldrol en een doordachte voorbereiding via risicoanalyses en overlegmomenten
  • Veiligheid staat centraal in jouw aanpak, gecombineerd met een sterke technische kennis van elektriciteit en de drive om je verder te verdiepen
  • Leiderschap en verantwoordelijkheid gaan hand in hand: je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt oplossingsgericht en haalt energie uit het aansturen van een team
  • Flexibel inzetbaar op verschillende werven, vlot in het Nederlands en in het bezit van een rijbewijs B om je makkelijk te verplaatsen
