Voor een financieel stabiele aannemer met een sterke reputatie binnen de bouwsector zoeken we een Werfleider. Je krijgt de verantwoordelijkheid over uitdagende bouwprojecten en vormt de schakel tussen de werf, de projectleiding en de verschillende partners. Je komt terecht in een organisatie waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan en waar je kan rekenen op de ondersteuning van een ervaren team van specialisten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de globale planning en dagelijkse werfplanning
  • Coördineren van personeel, onderaannemers, transport en materieel
  • Uittekenen en organiseren van de werfinrichting en logistiek
  • Controleren van niveaus, tracés en de correcte uitvoering van de werken
  • Aansturen, begeleiden en motiveren van werfteams
  • Onthaal en opleiding van nieuwe medewerkers
  • Toezien op kwaliteit volgens de technische voorschriften en het lastenboek
  • Waken over veiligheid en actief meewerken aan een veilige werkomgeving
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van vorderingsstaten
  • Meedenken over technische optimalisaties en efficiënte oplossingen voor de klant
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een bouwkundige richting
  • Enkele jaren ervaring als werfleider of in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een coachende leiderschapsstijl en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans
