Jouw takenpakket: Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor jouw projecten en onderhoudt contacten met opdrachtgevers en openbare besturenJe organiseert en volgt coördinatievergaderingen op en zorgt ervoor dat gemaakte afspraken correct worden nageleefdJe bewaakt de uitvoeringstermijnen en stuurt bij waar nodig om projecten tijdig af te rondenJe zorgt voor een efficiënte planning en een rendabele inzet van mensen, materieel en middelenJe stuurt ploegbazen en werfteams aan en biedt ondersteuning waar nodigJe voert plaatsbeschrijvingen uit vóór de opstart van de werken en verzorgt de opleveringen achterafJe controleert de beschikbaarheid van materialen en zorgt ervoor dat de werken vlot kunnen verlopenJe behandelt klachten of problemen op een professionele en oplossingsgerichte manier Je volgt alle voorbereidende werfadministratie op, zoals vergunningen, signalisatie en KLIP/KLIM-aanvragen

Wie ben jij? Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, elektrotechniek, elektromechanica of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaringJe hebt een ondernemende ingesteldheid en wil actief meewerken aan de verdere groei van het bedrijfJe denkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan om zaken daadkrachtig aan te pakkenJe bent een sterke peoplemanager die teams weet te motiveren en aan te sturenJe communiceert vlot en hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands
