Klaar om jouw technische kennis om te zetten in werven die vooruitgaan? Solliciteer als werfleider en neem binnenkort de leiding op het terrein.

Voor een technisch familiebedrijf in regio Lokeren zoeken we een werfleider die rust brengt in complexe montagewerken. De onderneming telt meer dan 100 medewerkers en bouwde doorheen vier generaties een sterke expertise op binnen mechanische techniek.

Klanten kunnen er terecht voor het volledige traject. Ontwerp, engineering, productie, montage, onderhoud en service worden door eigen teams uitgevoerd. Daardoor werk je als werfleider rechtstreeks samen met collega’s die de installaties door en door kennen.

Op de werf ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt. Je vertaalt de voorbereiding naar duidelijke acties, houdt de werkzaamheden op koers en zorgt ervoor dat techniekers veilig en doelgericht kunnen werken. Problemen blijven niet liggen, maar worden besproken en aangepakt met de projectleider, montageleider en het team ter plaatse.

Deze job als werfleider biedt veel afwisseling. De ene dag leg je de laatste hand aan de planning, de volgende dag los je samen met jouw ploeg een technisch vraagstuk op. Altijd met hetzelfde doel: een werf die vooruitgaat.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Nog voor de eerste werkzaamheden starten, stem je als werfleider de planning, materialen, levermomenten en werkvoorbereiding af met de projectleider en montageleider
  • Op de werkvloer geef je assistent-werfleiders en techniekers heldere opdrachten, bepaal je de prioriteiten en bewaak je een logische taakverdeling
  • Tijdens de uitvoering controleer je of de werken volgens planning, kwaliteitsafspraken en veiligheidsvoorschriften verlopen en stuur je bij wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Met praktijkgerichte uitleg en dagelijkse coaching help je collega’s om veiliger en doeltreffender te werken
  • Een A2-diploma in mechanica, industrieel onderhoud of mechanische vormgevingstechnieken is een mooie basis, al kan je dit ook perfect compenseren met relevante praktijkervaring
  • Ervaring als onderhoudsmechanieker, servicemonteur of werftechnieker helpt je om snel de juiste inschattingen te maken en je ploeg vlot mee op weg te zetten
  • Je voelt je thuis in mechanische onderdelen zoals lagers, koppelingen en dichtingen en je leest technische tekeningen zonder moeite
