Ben jij een enthousiaste probleemoplosser met bouwkriebels in je vingers? Onze klant is op zoek naar een gedreven aspirant Werfleider die, na een meer dan degelijke opleiding, de dagelijkse leiding, organisatie en coördinatie van één of meerdere werven op zich neemt.. Als cruciale schakel in het bouwproces zorg jij ervoor dat alles gesmeerd loopt, van het eerste ontwerp tot de laatste afwerkingsdetails. Maak deel uit van een toonaangevende klasse 7 aannemer gespecialiseerd in industriebouw en werk aan uitdagende sleutel-op-de-deur-projecten in verschillende sectoren, zoals voeding, productie en automotive. Jij bent de lijm die de bouwteams, leveranciers en klanten bij elkaar houdt!

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Hier komt het lijstje:

  • Je hebt een diploma in een relevante technische richting. Bachelor Bouw studenten voelen zich als de kippen thuis. Of als je aantoonbare ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol kom je ook in aanmerking
  • 0-3 jaar ervaring in bouw- of projectmanagement, starters zijn zeker welkom!
  • Je bent een geboren planner met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Communicatie is jouw talent; je kan moeiteloos schakelen tussen teams en klanten.
  • Proactief, flexibel en probleemoplossend zijn woorden die jou typeren.
  • Kennis van software zoals MS Office en andere bouw-gerelateerde tools is een plus.
  • Starter? Zij hebben een super traject om het bedrijf vanuit de buik te leren kennen en zo door te groeien naar werfleider!
