The posting

Als Werfleider coördineer je de uitvoering van technische installaties en zorg je ervoor dat de werken veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning verlopen. Je combineert technische kennis met een hands-on aanpak en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen op de werf. Je volgt de werken van dichtbij op en vormt de schakel tussen de werf, projectleiding en het bouwteam.

  • Coördineren van technische installaties volgens plannen, schema’s en specificaties;
  • afstemmen met projectleiders, onderaannemers en andere partijen op de werf;
  • aansturen van uitvoerders en onderaannemers en controleren van hun werk;
  • bijwonen van werfvergaderingen en zorgen voor een correcte terugkoppeling;
  • tijdig afroepen van materialen in functie van de werfplanning;
  • opvolgen van planning, kwaliteit en voortgang en bijsturen waar nodig;
  • opvolgen van de opstart en goede werking van installaties;
  • opsporen en opvolgen van fouten en onvolmaaktheden en doorgeven van wijzigingen voor het as-built dossier;
  • toezien op de veiligheid op de werf.

Je hebt een technische achtergrond en een sterke interesse in HVAC en technische installaties. Een eerste ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je technische inzicht, verantwoordelijkheidszin en hands-on mentaliteit zijn belangrijk.

  • Diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • eerste ervaring binnen een technische, werf- of installatieomgeving;
  • je kan technische plannen en schema’s lezen en interpreteren;
  • kennis van montagetechnieken en materialen;
  • zelfstandig, flexibel en verantwoordelijk;
  • kwaliteits- en veiligheidsgericht;
  • communicatief sterk en vlot in de omgang met verschillende partijen;
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands; Frans en Engels zijn een plus;
  • rijbewijs B;
  • VCA Leidinggevende en/of attest hoogwerker is een troef.
