  • In de rol van werfleider infrastructuur neem jij de volledige regie over de uitvoering van diverse projecten in de grond- en wegenbouw. Jouw dag draait om:
  • Het aansturen van eigen ploegen en onderaannemers op locatie, waarbij je zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van zowel mensen als het zware materieel.
  • Bewaken van de technische kwaliteit en de uitvoering volgens het bestek, waarbij je proactief ingrijpt bij onvoorziene bodemcondities of technische obstakels.
  • Voeren van overleg met openbare besturen, studiebureaus en nutsmaatschappijen om de voortgang en fasering van de wegenwerken vlot te laten verlopen.
  • Organiseren van de logistieke stroom van materialen zoals asfalt, klinkers en rioleringsbuizen, zodat de werf nooit stil komt te liggen.
  • Rapporteren over de projectstatus en het nauwgezet bijhouden van de werfadministratie en vorderingsstaten voor een correcte financiële afwikkeling.

Profiel

  • Een diploma Bachelor of Master Bouwkunde, bij voorkeur met een sterke affiniteit voor wegenbouw of grondwerken.
  • Je beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit en bent graag aanwezig daar waar het gebeurt: op het terrein zelf.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een oplossingsgerichte organisator die stevig in zijn schoenen staat tijdens een werfvergadering.
  • Ervaring met de wetgeving rondom overheidsopdrachten of het technisch reglement voor grondverzet is een aanzienlijk voordeel.
