The posting

Als Werfleider in de regio Vlaams-Brabant ben jij de motor achter de dagelijkse operationele werking. Je stuurt het team op het terrein aan, waarborgt de kwaliteit van de werken en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze communicatie met klanten en onderaannemers.

Jouw voornaamste taken:

  • Aansturen & Coachen: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de techniekers. Je begeleidt, opgeleidt en motiveert hen op de werf.
  • Planning & Coördinatie: Je volgt onderhoudswerken, extra opdrachten en afwezigheden op. Je onderhoudt nauw contact met de helpdesk om de planning strak te trekken.
  • Offertevoorbereiding: Op basis van de input van de techniekers zoek je materialen op, vraag je prijsoffertes aan en bereid je klantoffertes voor.
  • Klant- & Leverancierscontact: Je neemt actief deel aan klantvergaderingen en begeleidt onderaannemers bij operationele activiteiten.
  • Techniek & Energie: Je helpt technische vraagstukken op te lossen en volgt het energiebeheer op.
  • Veiligheid: Je bewaakt de veiligheidsnormen en draagt actief bij aan het veiligheidsbeleid op de werven.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Opleiding: Je beschikt over een technisch diploma (Elektriciteit of Elektromechanica).
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
  • Brede kennis: Je bent breed inzetbaar binnen diverse technische domeinen (HVAC, koeling, ventilatie, elektriciteit, etc.).
  • Eigenschappen: Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk, servicegericht en werkt vlot zelfstandig.
  • Mindset: Je durft initiatief te nemen, denkt in oplossingen en hecht waarde aan directe, eerlijke communicatie.
