Voor onze klant, gelegen in Neeroeteren en gespecialiseerd in grondwerken en wegenbouw, zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde werfleider.

Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van 2 uitvoeringsploegen;
  • Je staat in voor de voorbereiding, opvolging en oplevering van jouw projecten;
  • Je neemt deel aan werfvergaderingen;
  • Je ondersteunt onze ploegbazen in het aansturen van hun eigen ploegen;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat er kwalitatief werk geleverd wordt en je stuurt bij indien nodig;
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de oplevering op een correcte manier gebeurt.

Profiel

Wat maakt jou het juiste profiel?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor Bouwkunde of bent een kenner van grond- en nutswerken dankzij je praktijkervaring;
  • Je hebt reeds enkele jaren ervaring opgedaan binnen eenzelfde functie of sector;
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken en je hebt een echt hands-on mentaliteit;
  • Je bent stressbestendig;
  • Je bent in staat om resultaatgericht te werken.
