Als werfleider bodemsaneringen sta je in voor de dagelijkse coördinatie en opvolging van saneringswerven. Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleider en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verlopen. De functie combineert aanwezigheid op de werf met organisatorische en administratieve opvolging. Dit vanuit Grimbergen, op verschillende werven.

De functie inhoud Wat deze job als werfleider inhoudt:

  • Coördineren en aansturen van (onder)aannemers op de werf
  • Dagelijks afstemmen met de projectleider, klanten en betrokken partijen
  • Nauwgezet opvolgen van de planning en voortgang van de werken
  • Afstemmen van de werfactiviteiten met interne diensten zoals techniek en logistiek
  • Ondersteunen van de projectleider bij werf- en projectadministratie
  • Opstellen en bijhouden van werfdossiers, vorderingsstaten en documentatie
  • Geven van veiligheids- en toolboxmeetings aan interne en externe betrokkenen
  • Toezien op naleving van veiligheids-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften
  • Werken op verschillende werflocaties afhankelijk van het project

Onze klant Onze klant is een gespecialiseerde organisatie actief in bodem- en grondwatersanering. Ze maakt deel uit van een grotere industriële groep, maar werkt projectmatig in hechte teams. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid vormen de basis van hun werking, met veel aandacht voor samenwerking en ondersteuning op de werf. Wie zich herkent in deze rol als werfleider:

  • Enkele jaren ervaring op een werf, bij voorkeur binnen civiele werken of bodemsanering
  • Brede civieltechnische kennis opgebouwd via opleiding of praktijkervaring
  • Sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en in het bezit van een geldig VOL-VCA attest of bereid dit te behalen
  • Goede organisatorische vaardigheden en basiskennis van gangbare informaticatools
  • Hands-on ingesteldheid en praktische aanpak
  • Vlotte en open communicatiestijl met verschillende stakeholders
  • Flexibele houding en vermogen om zelfstandig en in team te werken
  • Kennis van Nederlands, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt
