De functie inhoud Wat deze job als Werfleider Ultranet inhoudt:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van de uitvoering van infrastructuurwerken op het terrein
  • Aansturen van teams van technici, grondwerkers en onderaannemers
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en efficiënte inzet van middelen
  • Fungeren als operationeel aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen
  • Opstellen van plaatsbeschrijvingen en opvolgen van bewonerscommunicatie
  • Opmaken en laten goedkeuren van meetstaten
  • Verwerken en controleren van facturatiebonnen van onderaannemers
  • Opvolgen van KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Digitaal opmeten en verwerken van as-built gegevens
